Russia Central Bank Reserves $ dipped from previous $370.2B to $368.1B

The U.S. Census Bureau reported today retail sales contracted 0.1 per cent. It was expected to stagnate. Retail sales had grown 0.4 per cent in November. U.S. retail sales declined to end weakest year since 2009. Excluding auto, retail sales contracted 0.1 per cent.
