EUR/JPY moving in on the downside

FXStreet (Guatemala) - EUR/JPY is trading at 145.22, down -1.00% on the day, having posted a daily high at 146.77 and low at 144.76.

EUR/JPY has found support at 144.80, down through the 145 handle. The pair has been offered from 147.20 while the Yen accelerated the downtrend vs the greenback below 120.20 support until eventually finding demand 118.85 with the EUR/USD stalling at 1.2180 after a 55 pip rally.

Nevertheless, the EUR/JPY remains under pressure and current momentum brings in the 1.44 handle into question ahead of the 2-month support line at 143.90. Below here we have another big level at 142.78. Karen Jones, chief analyst at Commerzbank suggests that the market will stay directly offered below 148.45.

AUD/USD a sell on the rally?

AUD/USD is trading at 0.8192, up 0.73% on the day, having posted a daily high at 0.8201 and low at 0.8122.
